One thing I’d like to know is if there’s much (any?) cable rattle from the internal routing? I find it pretty annoying, especially after a long day in the saddle. Also, are those rack/guard mounts I see at the back?

I like to see the UCI send a clear message about this. Get caught for “technological fraud” and you have a lifetime ban, plus a strict punishment for the team. While this can’t (and shouldn’t) be applied retroactively, they need to act to stamp this out.
It will mean no naivety excuses, if it’s in your pit, you and your team are responsible.
