The stans GRAIL wheels are in for test at the mo’ – http://grit.cx/gear/2015/07/received-stans-no-tubes-grail-disc-wheelset
so far the front has been used with a tube and wtb NANO 40c (non tubeless tyre) whilst waiting for tubeless ready tyres.

Yes – the 10spd rhs shifter can be switched to friction mode and the lhs shifter is friction mode.
